There are only seven couples left in the competition, which is less than a month away from the final. Halloween Nightmares night also marks the return of dance-offs, where couples, two at a time, compete against each other on the dance floor while simultaneously performing the same style.

On Tuesday, October 29 Dancing with the stars will host a Halloween Nightmares-themed night just a few days before the terrifying holiday.

The evening begins with a spooky group number of “Murder on the Dancefloor” by Sophie Ellis-Bextor, choreographed by Emma Slater and Gleb Savchenko. The pros and company will also pay tribute to Marvel Television’s ‘Agatha All Along’ with a witches routine in ‘The Ballad Of The Witches’ Road (Sacred Chant Version)’, choreographed by Britt Stewart and Ezra Sosa.

But the chills and sensations don’t stop there. DWTS fans can also look forward to more fun surprises, including a Derek Hough Masterclass focused on wardrobe tips and a speeding number of “Aserejé” by Jean Massey, choreographed by Daniella Karagach and Pasha Pashkov.

  • Super Bowl champion Danny Amendola and pro Witney Carson will perform an Argentine tango to “Poison” by RAVN, based on his nightmare: snakes.
  • “The bachelor” Joey Graziadei and pro Jenna Johnson will perform an Argentine tango to “Ramalama (Bang Bang)” by Róisín Murphy, based on his nightmare: ventriloquist dummies.
  • NBA champion Dwight Howard and pro Daniella Karagach will perform a contemporary of District 78’s “Ring Around The Rosie” with Natalia Lillee, in which Dwight becomes the nightmare: the ogre.
  • TV star Chandler Kinney and pro Brandon Armstrong will perform a Viennese waltz to “Secret” by Denmark + Winter, based on her nightmare: creepy dolls.
  • Olympic rugby player Ilona Maher and pro Alan Bersten will perform a Tango to “Psycho Killer” by Miley Cyrus, based on her nightmare: psycho killers.
  • Olympic gymnast Stefanus Nedoroscik and pro Rylee Arnold will perform a Contemporary to “I Ran (So Far Away)” by Hidden Citizens, based on his nightmare: the dark.
  • “The Bachelorette” Jen Tran and pro Sasha Farber will perform a Contemporary to “vampire” by Olivia Rodrigo, based on her nightmare: vampires.

On Tuesday night, the winners of each of the three dance-offs will receive bonus points that will be added to their judges’ total for the night. Based on last week’s rankings, Chandler Kinney and Brandon Armstrong received immunity so they don’t have to participate in the dance-off.

They will perform a Cha Cha to “Ghostbusters” by Ray Parker Jr.
