Dan Mullen makes picks against the spread for Week 10’s biggest games

Dan Mullen has shared his picks versus the spread for six big matchups in Week 10.

Mullen picked just one side in the 1 SEC game this week: Ole Miss vs. Arkansas. Mullen will join the Rebels in reaching 7.5 points on the road in Fayetteville.

Perhaps most surprising is that the ESPN analyst is picking Penn State to win outright against Ohio State at home on Saturday as a 3-point underdog. Elsewhere in the Big Ten, Mullen predicts Indiana will emerge as 8-point favorites against Michigan State on Saturday. A win for IU would move the Hoosiers to 9-0 on the season.

It’s also a big week in the SEC and Mullen has a number of games from that league on his schedule this week. Most notably, Mullen picks Pitt plus 7.5 points against SMU in a matchup of two teams undefeated in ACC play in November. Mullen also takes Virginia Tech to a 4-plus win over Syracuse.

In the Big 12, Mullen wants Iowa State to cover a 13.5-point spread against the Red Raiders. The Cyclones enter this weekend undefeated and are firmly in the mix to make the College Football Playoff in 2024.
