The Daredevil Edition of Guilty Gear Strive is no longer for sale on PSN or Steam, although it was listed for $100 before being replaced by the Blazing Edition after the release of Season 4. That’s why we said you’re getting Very with DLC. Includes the first three seasons of DLC. To fully enjoy the game, you’ll need to purchase Season 4 separately for $25, for a total of $90. The Blazing Edition also costs $90, so you’ll get the same in-game content as well as the physical collectibles listed and shown above for the same price.

The standard edition of Guilty Gear Strive costs $40 on PSN and Steam, with Season 1 costing $15 and Seasons 2-4 costing $25 each. Basically, if you think you’ll need additional content, it’s much better for your wallet to buy the game and DLC as a bundle.

Each season adds new characters, stages, and cosmetic DLC to the game, greatly expanding the content. As with many modern fighting games, bonus content is practically a necessity for dedicated players. If you haven’t played Guilty Gear Strive and want to experience Arc System Works at its best, this is the best value for money you’ll find.

Developed by Arc System Works, the studio behind Dragon Ball FighterZ, Guilty Gear Strive is a visual feast for the eyes and full of fascinating gameplay mechanics that will appeal to fighting game fans.

“The combat in Guilty Gear Strive, however, is flawless. And that’s the most important thing,” wrote Mike Epstein in his review of Guilty Gear Strive on GameSpot. “Like all Guilty Gears, it is a game full of extremes. If you tried this series and failed due to its complexity, I wouldn’t expect a different result. If you like a challenge or just want a fun, sharp looking fighting game to have some fun with, Strive knows all the right moves.
