The gorgeous sister “Cash App Killer” makes a bomb statement on the stand

The sister of the man accused of fatally stabbing Cash App founder Bob Lee told a court that the tech mogul introduced her to a drug dealer who sexually assaulted her shortly before the killing.

Khazar Momeni, 38, she appeared in court on Monday wearing a pastel blue silk shirt and crisp white pants with her signature black sunglasses, another striking look.

But it was her detailed testimony about Lee and his alleged drug dealer that stunned the courtroom.

Khazar, the wife of a prominent California plastic surgeon, was long believed to be having an affair with Lee and going to “sexual” events with him.

In a lengthy deposition on Monday, she accused alleged drug dealer Jeremy Boivin of giving her the drug GHB for “date rape,” pulling down her pants and sexually assaulting her while she remained unconscious, Mission Local reports.

Khazar stated that Lee brought Boivin to her home on the morning of April 3, 2023, the day before the fatal stabbing.

Asked by prosecutor Dane Reinstedt if she had met the alleged trafficker for the first time, she replied: “That’s right.”

“I didn’t know he was a drug dealer because we don’t approach our dealers or even invite them upstairs. He was introduced to me as a friend,” Khazar explained.

“(H)e brought me a big tank of nitrogen and he had a big liter bottle of GHB,” she added.

Khazar later went to Boivin’s house, where Lee and another friend also stayed. After Lee and her friend left, she claimed she passed out after taking drugs.

She told the court that she drank three glasses of a drink mixed with GHB before “passing out.”

“He asked me about GHB and gave me this sweet drink, a little shot. And I drank it. I thought I could trust him,” Khazar said.

“I remember waking up twice: one time he (Boivin) pulled down my pants and slapped my butt. Another time he grabbed my ass but I couldn’t move or do anything.

She accused Boivin of being a “predator” who later repeatedly physically abused her, claiming that on one occasion her mother had to call the police on him.

“The police showed up at his door and told me they knew I had experienced physical violence,” Khazar testified. “He hit my head on the bed. I had a huge lump on my head, he was choking me and hitting me, but I didn’t want to admit it.

Furthermore, she described Lee as “erratic” and said he would “get in your face” in the days before his death.

Jurors were also shown a text message Lee sent to Khazar in which he asked her for a sexual favor in exchange for drugs. Khazar described it as a joke, saying Lee was acting “a little extra” this weekend.

The testimony caused Lee’s brother to run out of court, which led to a sheriff’s deputy asking the victim’s family, including his ex-wife, to calm down.

Prosecutors have long argued that Nima planned the attack after a dispute over Khazar, with whom Lee was rumored to have had an affair.

All three were at Khazar’s apartment shortly before the murder.

Reinstadt presented messages that Chazar sent to her brother on April 4, 2023, hours after Lee was stabbed.

In them, she demanded that her brother tell her what happened to Lee after they left her apartment in the Millennium Tower.

When asked by Reinstadt if her brother ever told her what happened, Khazar replied, “No,” according to KRON4.

She also mentioned that she was “devastated” when she learned of Lee’s death and felt like she would never be able to smile again.

When asked why she never answered her brother’s questions, Khazar replied: “I was under the influence for a week after Bob died. I was crying, I didn’t feel good. I didn’t know what to do. Like everyone else, I was just trying to survive and kind of move on.”

In a harrowing 911 call played on the first day of the trial, Lee can be heard pleading for help before he dies.

“Help, help, help, help, help,” Lee told the dispatcher who asked for his location. Lee frantically continued, “Someone stabbed me. Help me please.

Please help me. I’m standing on the street. I have to go to the hospital.

He groaned in pain as his voice became weaker.

‘Help, help, help. Please, please,” he pleaded before sirens sounded in the background and the 911 call ended, KRON 4 reported.

Unfortunately, the divorced father of two could not be saved and died shortly afterwards from his injuries.

“He stabbed him in the heart and left him for dead,” said Omid Talai, an assistant district attorney. “Our victim was stabbed multiple times, once in the chest, once in the hip, and one literally pierced his heart.”

Nima pleaded not guilty. If convicted, he faces 26 years to life in prison.

Lawyer Saam Zangeneh told the jury that defense lawyers would show that Nima bore no ill will towards Lee.

He said wound marks showed Nima was forced to defend himself after Lee pulled a knife from his pocket, was under the influence of drugs and slept only six hours during a four-day period of cocaine and drinking.

Khazar was charged with abusing fentanyl, cocaine and nitrous oxide when she allegedly drove her $150,000 Mercedes into several parked cars in November, prosecutors revealed in February.

Judge Gail Dekreon ordered her to attend two Narcotics Anonymous sessions a week.
