Willie Nelson performs at Harris’ rally in Houston

Harris will follow Trump on Friday evening in her speech in Houston, Texas, which will focus on reproductive rights.

“Texas’ attorney general is suing the United States government so Texas prosecutors can get their hands on the personal health records of women who leave the state to get care,” Harris will say, according to released excerpts of her speech.

Both presidential candidates will visit the Lone Star State on Friday. Because Texas is not considered a battleground state, campaign events in Texas so close to the election are rare.

“So look what’s happening: Donald Trump won’t let anyone see his medical records. But these guys want to get their hands on yours? Simply put, they’re crazy,” she will say.

The vice president will repeat her campaign promise to push Congress to pass a bill that would restore Roe v. Wade if elected.

“We’re fighting for an America where no matter who you are or where you live, you can make that decision based on what’s right for you and your family,” Harris will say.
