Lizzo claps back at her trolls while also setting up the tables “South Park” with her hilarious Halloween costume.

The ‘About Damn Time’ singer dressed up as a slimming drug she dubbed “LizzOzempic” in a series of social media posts shared Saturday. She carried a fake FDA-approved box labeled “diet suppressant,” tied around the waist with a yellow measuring tape.

One message appeared to be an ad that read, “Need self-love? Try Lizzo! Lose your guilt, gain confidence” and “Side effects include: a smile on your face and a boost in your step.”

In another, she wanted pizza and posed with a person in an inflatable Eric Cartman costume while poking at a recent “South Park” special titled “The End of Obesity,” which increased her focus on body positivity.

“Okay Halloween… you can start now,” she captioned one post, winking.

In another, she twerked with Cartman and wrote, “It’s that time of year when I feed you all so ridiculously and you’re so welcome baby.”

In the long-running adult animated series, Eric Cartman’s doctor prescribes him Lizzo as a cheaper alternative Ozempic or Mounjaro, who says insurance only covers these medications if a patient has diabetes. In a voiceover, Lizzo is touted as a cheaper alternative that “makes you feel good about your weight, and it costs 90% less than Ozempic. In case studies: 70% of patients taking Lizzo no longer cared how much they weighed.”

Last month, the 36-year-old star faced speculation from fans about her continued fitness journey. “When you finally get Ozempic charges after five months of weight training and a calorie deficit,” she wrote, putting her head in her hand and sighing.

She also shared clips revealing her weight loss, accompanied by audio from Nicki Minaj saying, “The fact that you would even talk about my appearance is insane,” and wrote in the caption, “FINE BOTH WAYS.”
