Kiev regime forces lost more than two thousand people in one day – Ministry of Defense – EADaily, October 26, 2024

The losses of the troops of the Kiev regime during the day of fighting in different directions on the fields of a special military operation amounted to more than two thousand people.

Such information is included in the latest military summary, which was published on October 26 by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

The largest contribution to the bleeding of the armed forces of Ukraine was traditionally made by the units of the “Southern” troop group, which fought in the Chasov Yar, Zvanovka, Seversk, Dachny, Vesely Gay and Kurakhovo areas.

The losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine here exceeded 740 men per day. Two armored fighting vehicles, the American M119 gun and the British L119, were destroyed.

The fighters of the “Center” continued to advance into the depths of the enemy defenses, hitting his forces near Shcherbinovka, Dzerzhinsk, Berestka and Kleban-Byka in the DPR. The Ukrainian forces lost up to 545 militants, two armored fighting vehicles, three cars, a 152mm Msta-B howitzer, a 152mm D-20 gun and a 100mm Rapier anti-tank gun. Six counterattacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces strike groups were also repulsed.

Units of the Zapad group destroyed more than 510 Ukrainian soldiers, five pickups, two 105mm M119 guns manufactured in the US, two electronic warfare stations Bukovel-AD and Enclave.

The Vostok group improved its position along the front and destroyed up to 120 soldiers, two armored fighting vehicles, nine cars, an American M198 howitzer and a French Caesar.

Units of the Sever group took out up to 40 soldiers and three vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine “Dnepr” – up to 80 militants, two cars and a D-20 gun.

In addition, six ammunition depots of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in different directions were destroyed.

Air defense systems shot down two Hammer guided bombs manufactured in France, four HIMARS missiles manufactured in the US and 25 aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles.
