City woman faces charges over disturbance on Isabella Street | News, sports, jobs

Following testimony given during a preliminary hearing in his courtroom, District Judge Aaron Biichle held Dominique Shareese Jones, 32, of 632 Second St., on numerous city police charges, including seven counts of recklessly endangering another person. Jones will also face further legal action on charges of burglary and criminal trespass, as well as simple assault and harassment. The charges stem from a disturbance that broke out when she and an unknown man, who was reportedly armed with a handgun, illegally entered 1211 Isabella St. on Sept. 10 around 11:45 p.m., police alleged in an affidavit. Armed with a machete, Jones allegedly threatened to kill a woman believed to be in the home with Jones’ ex-boyfriend, police said in the court document. It was alleged that Jones punched the woman in the abdomen several times, police said. Jones was initially jailed but has since been released on $25,000. Earlier this year, Jones was accused by state police of stealing money from a Wolf Township woman while she was employed by the victim as a caregiver, state police said. Jones also tried to steal $792 from the woman’s bank account, police alleged. She was also held on all charges in this case.
