Trump announces plan to seize assets of gangs and cartels to create victim compensation fund

Trump used his comments from his Mar-a-Lago Resort to announce a new policy to help victims of crimes committed by criminals. illegal immigrant gang members.

After taking testimony from the families of victims of illegal violence by immigrant gangs, he announced that under a second Trump administration he would seize gang and cartel assets to help victims of “migrant crime.”

“I am announcing that for the first time under my administration, we will seize the assets of the criminal gangs and drug cartels, and we will use those assets to set up a compensation fund to provide reparations to the victims of migrant crime and The government will help with the recovery,” Trump said.
