One in critical condition after motorcycle versus pedestrian in Stamford

STAMFORD, CT (WFSB) – One person is in critical condition after a motorcycle-pedestrian crash in Stamford Wednesday evening.

Police say units responded to the crash at the intersection of Atlantic Street and Tresser Boulevard around 7:41 p.m.

The motorcycle was traveling west on Tresser Boulevard when it struck the pedestrian on the west side of the intersection.

The driver of the motorcycle, a 28-year-old man, was knocked from the vehicle and taken to hospital with serious injuries. He is listed in serious condition.

The pedestrian, a 24-year-old, was seriously injured and is in critical condition.

An investigation is active.
