Hammer will play the lead role Border cruciblea period western from director Travis Mills and producer Dallas Sonnier.

“I’ve built a career producing male indie films, like Bone Tomahawk, fight in cellblock 99, dragged across concrete, muzzle And The standoff at Sparrow Creek and worked with legendary actors such as Kurt Russell, Vince Vaughn, Mel Gibson, Jason Sudeikis, Guy Pearce, Aaron Eckhart, Don Johnson, Stephen Lang, James Badge Dale, Steve Austin and more. And now I’m excited to get to work with Armie Hammer Border crucible”, Sonnier told The Hollywood Reporter in a statement on Wednesday.

Hammer teased his return to the big screen his Instagram page with photos of themselves on the Border crucible set and a front page of the film script on the floor. Two other women subsequently came forward and accused Hammer of subjecting them to emotional abuse so severe that they required treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder.
