S’mores Cookies Recipe

Everything you love about the classic campfire dessert is packed into these s’mores cookies. A sugary cookie dough base is studded with chocolate chips, mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs. Before the cookies are finished baking, a final piece of chocolate is added to really layer the treat on top.

These s’mores cookies are chewy on the outside with buttery, crispy edges. But they manage to be warm and gooey inside – enjoy them while they’re still warm for the best experience – with a hint of crunch thanks to the graham cracker bits.

If you make them in advance, you can store the cookies in an airtight container for up to five days, but we highly recommend quickly reheating them in the oven or microwave to regain that deliciously gooey texture.
