Make delicious chicken wings from the Airfryer in just 25 minutes

When I first started using one Air fryerI mainly used it to heat up frozen food. It was efficient and eventually I started to prefer it to my oven. But when I found out, I could use it cooking chicken from the start it became my favorite kitchen appliance of all time.

So far, chicken wings are my favorite meal to make in the air fryer. They’re simple, quick and delicious – and most importantly for me, cleanup is a breeze as very few dishes are used during the cooking process.

While you can make anything taste of wings in the air fryer, these simple buffalo chicken wings are my favorite. Keep reading to learn how to make your own in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients for the air fryer buffalo chicken wings:

  • 1 package of chicken wings (about 15 wings)
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Hot Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Step 1: Pat the chicken wings dry, place them in a large mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil.

Step 2: Combine the spices, sprinkle over the wings and mix well.

Step 3: Place the wings in a single layer in the air fryer and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then turn them over and bake for another 10 minutes.

Do not stack the chicken wings in the air fryer. Instead, make sure they are all in one layer.

Step 4: While the wings are cooking, melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan, add Frank’s RedHot Hot Sauce (or hot sauce of your choice) and simmer over low heat.

If you prefer to use buffalo sauce instead of traditional hot sauce, you don’t need to add butter to this recipe.

Step 5: When the wings are cooked and have an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees, place them in a clean mixing bowl and pour the buffalo sauce mixture over them.
