Is ‘Hitpig’ streaming on Netflix or Disney+?

Ted Lasso fans may be interested to know that Jason Sudeikis is the voice of a cute little pig in the upcoming animated children’s movie, Hitpig!in theaters this weekend. It’s not as good as a new season, but at least it’s something.

Directed by Cinzia Angelini and David Feiss, Hitpig is based on the 2008 children’s book Pete & Pickles by Berkeley Breathed, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Dave Rosenbaum and Tyler Werrin. Sudeikis’ character, Hitpig, is a bounty hunter pig in a futuristic cyberpunk world, who tracks down an elephant named Pickles (voiced by Lilly Singh). Other voice actors include Rainn Wilson, Anitta, RuPaul, Hannah Gadsby, Charlie Adler, Flavor Flav and Andy Serkis.

If you have young children, Hitpig is undoubtedly a fun option to keep those kids quiet and occupied for a few hours. Here’s what you need to know about where to watch Hitpigand when and where we expect to see Hitpig on streaming.

For now, Hitpig will only be in theaters when it opens in the US on Friday, November 1. You can find a showing near you at Fandango. Hitpig is not yet available to watch online or via streaming.

Is Hitpig streaming on Disney+?

Hitpig is not streaming on Disney+ and won’t be on Disney+ anytime soon because the film is not a Disney film. Not every animated film is a Disney film! Instead of, Hitpig is distributed by the small, independent, family-friendly production studio known as Viva Pictures. Other Viva films include 2022 The amazing Maurits and 2023 Scary girl.

Is Hitpig streaming on Netflix?

Hitpig does not stream on Netflix. While Hitpig may be streamed on Netflix at some point, it is not a Netflix original and therefore will not be streamed until after the film’s digital release. That said, we think it’s more likely Hitpig will stream on Hulu, not Netflix, based on previous Viva Pictures releases.

When will Hitpig streaming on Hulu?

While that is not guaranteed Hitpig will be released on Hulu, we do know there is another Viva Pictures movie, The amazing Mauritsbegan streaming on Hulu about four months after the film premiered in theaters in the US Hitpig follows a similar release pattern, as you might notice Hitpig on Netflix in early March 2025.

But this is all speculation. The only way to see for now Hitpig is located in a movie theater.
