Republican women slam Mark Cuban for ‘intelligent women’ digs

Texas billionaire Mark Cuban has been bombarded by Republican women running in the Trump The fury of the campaign is over comments he made about ‘strong’ women.

“I worked for President Trump for two and a half years. The Democrats tried to take me down. President Trump has given power to me and every other woman in America. My name is Sarah Sanders, and I am proud to join the millions of smart, intelligent women who will stand behind Donald Trump this Tuesday,” she continued in a statement after to X.

In response to Cuban’s comments, Trump said: “Actually, he’s completely wrong: I surround myself with the strongest women – with the understanding that ALL women are amazing, whether they are strong or not.”

“Maybe I’m surrounded by the strongest women in the world, including heads of country, who make Mark look like a ‘baby!’ All strong women, and women in general, should be very angry about this weak man’s statement,” the former president concluded in a statement after to X.

The backlash against Cuban comes after his appearance on ABC’s The view on Thursday. During his interview, Cuban was asked whether Trump’s reported move not to ask ex-rival Nikki Haley to campaign for him would help Vice President Kamala Harris gain an edge over former Haley supporters who are hesitant to endorse of the former president.

“I mean, yeah, it’s going to put her over the edge of Nikki Haley’s supporters. Donald Trump – you never see him around strong, intelligent women. It’s that simple: they are intimidating to him. He doesn’t like to be challenged by them. And you know, Nikki Haley will call him out on his bullshit about reproductive rights and how he sees and treats and talks to women,” he said.

“I’m happy to clarify that I know many strong, intelligent women are voting for Trump. Also in my extended family. I am certainly not saying that women voters are not smart, strong and intelligent,” he said.
