Harris denounced his word salad after protesters interrupted the Nevada rally

Kamala Harris is once again under fire for spewing ‘word salad’. The vice president recently stumbled over her words after a heckler interrupted her speech at the Harris-Walz campaign rally Thursday night in Nevada. “You know what? Let me say something about this,” she said during the protests at the Reno event. When a nervous Democratic nominee’s video clip went viral, netizens took to social media to call her out for speaking “gibberish.”

Harris struggles with her speech amid protests

As chaos broke out among the crowd, Harris said angrily, “We are here because we are fighting for a democracy.” “Fighting for a democracy,” she continued before struggling with her words and repeating the same sentences. “And understand the difference here, understand the difference here, move forward, move forward, understand the difference here,” the vice president said.

“What we’re looking at is a difference in this election – let’s move on and see where we stand, because when it comes to freedom of choice, for example…,” Harris continued, but was distracted again as the protests intensified. ‘That’s okay. That’s okay. That’s okay,” she added.

After noting that she didn’t mind the bickering, Harris said, “You know what? Democracy can sometimes be complicated. It’s okay. We fight for people’s right to be heard and not imprisoned for expressing their opinions. We know what is at stake.” Despite regaining her words, her ‘word salad’ became the subject of criticism online.

Trump War Room, an X account operated by Donald Trump’s campaign, shared the clip and tweeted: “Kamala spirals after ANOTHER speech is interrupted by protesters: “Understand the difference here in the future! Looking ahead, understand the difference here! What we’re looking at is a difference in this election. Let’s move on and see where we are!”

Stephen Miller, an adviser to the Republican candidate, noted: “(Harris) cracks under pressure. CHOKING EVERY TIME. Not a quality you want as commander-in-chief.” Meanwhile, Fox News contributor Tammy Bruce snapped, “The babble never stops.”
