Gizelle Bryant: Karen Huger’s alleged ‘drunken phone calls’ have come to a halt after DUI arrest

“Real Housewives of Potomac” star Gizelle Bryant says castmate Karen Huger’s alleged “drunken phone calls” have stalled following her DUI arrest earlier this year.

“I actually miss them,” Bryant jokingly complains as he talks Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea”, adding that such calls were “very nice.”

“She hasn’t done it in a while,” says the co-host of the “Reasonably Shady” podcast.

Last month’s Season 9 of “RHOP” premiered with Bryant, 54, checking in with old foe Huger, 61, after the latter’s accused of driving under the influence after a high-speed car crash in March.

In subsequent episodes, Huger was vague when discussing the incident.

But her co-stars – namely ‘friend of’ cast Jacqueline Blake – have claimed that the self-proclaimed ‘Grande Dame’ has a history of calling her girlfriends after consuming alcohol and reportedly even did so after being busted for drinking and to ride.

“We get a lot of drunk calls from Karen at three in the morning,” Bryant claims, describing Huger’s alleged pattern of wanting to talk while tipsy.

“You never know what you’re going to hear, you never know what she’s going to say.”

On the October 27 episode of ‘RHOP’, Mia Thornton claimed she received a ‘butt dial’ from Huger after a night of partying in Washington, D.C.

Thornton concluded that the La Dame perfume founder had been unfaithful to her husband, Ray Huger, because the phone call was allegedly made in the presence of another male companion.

“That’s for Karen to explain,” said Bryant, who left the scene before Thornton, 39, shared her story with the rest of the cast.

However, the “My Word” The author is certain that Karen’s alleged tryst with her driver – known to the “RHOP” ladies as “Blue Eyes” – is over.

“I think we’re past Blue Eyes,” says Bryant, adding that Karen’s husband has been a pillar of support for Karen after her brush with the law.

“Ray is always very supportive,” she emphasizes. “And I’m glad she has it.”

In July, per documents obtained by PeopleKaren asked the court to dismiss her DUI case, but prosecutors opposed the motion, which has yet to be decided by the judge.

“The Real Housewives of Potomac” airs Sundays at 8pm ET on Bravo.
