Olivia Rodrigo fans are in tears after her hilarious Halloween prank

With Halloween levels of mischief reaching their peak, you never know what to expect. But we’re pretty sure a group of trick-or-treaters never thought they’d be greeted by a pop star Olivia Rodrigo while hunting for candy.

The elaborate joke was all part of a segment for Jimmy Kimmel Live. And if you recall, you’re no stranger to the late night show prank children on Halloween.

During the prank, the first set of trick-or-treaters were greeted by Jimmy Kimmel’s sidekick Guillermo Rodriguez. Dressed in his best Olivia Rodrigo costume, he asked the group if they knew who he was dressed as. Shortly after they answered, they were surprised by Olivia herself.

“I went to your concert,” one of the trick-or-treaters admitted excitedly.

A girl from the next group was speechless when the singer of “Can’t Catch Me Now” showed up with a bucket of candy.

“Why aren’t you talking?” she was asked by a fellow trick-or-treater who exuded serious brother energy.

“It’s like meeting the one you like the most,” she replied.

Another trick-or-treater was left in tears after being greeted by Olivia. But don’t worry, they were tears of joy (apparently her first).

“I’ve never cried happily in my life,” she revealed after giving the singer a big hug.

The adorable Halloween prank ended on a high with trick-or-treaters and Olivia singing along to “Vampire.”
