Bournemouth vs Man City predictions: Chris Sutton on Premier League match

Chris Sutton makes predictions for all 380 Premier League games this season, against a variety of guests.

In week 10 he will take on Brad Kella, winner of the Piano TV series.

Sutton’s prediction: 1-2

This is another tough one to mention. Manchester City’s performances just haven’t been there lately, but they still find a way to beat teams every week and I’m not sure what will be different this time.

I don’t think this will be easy for City, who are missing a few players through injury, but you have to remember how good they are at crossing the line in games like this.

So while I’m backing Bournemouth to score, I still expect City to take the lead here.

Southampton, Wolves and Fulham have all come close to becoming the champions in recent times, and they have all still lost. It could be the same story for the Cherries too.

They will likely be a lot more ambitious than Saints at the Etihad Stadium and that could suit City well.

Bournemouth are a team that gets a lot of shots and we saw what they did to Arsenal a few weeks ago, but that will leave more room for Pep Guardiola’s side.

Brad’s prediction: 2-1

I want a win at Bournemouth and I think they can get it. Rodri has been a huge loss for Manchester City since he got injured and they have also left a few other players out.
