Kensington Palace Just Posted Beautiful Photos of Kate Middleton (Plus a Striking Image of Prince William Alone)

As we head into the hectic holiday season, the royals are showing no signs of slowing down. Their summer was filled with Shoutouts for the Olympics, birthday celebrations And one newsworthy beard. September brought that striking portraits and a sincere health update from the Princess of Wales herself.

Today, as part of their ‘October Rewind’, the royals reshared some exciting events on Instagram Stories, including a stunning photo of Kate Middleton with this season’s hottest color trend (a royal repeat, I might add), a striking profile of Prince William and a philanthropic partnership with David Beckham. Here’s everything you may have missed over the past 31 days.

The first slide was to celebrate the launch of two new London Air Ambulance helicopters and featured a very famous friend: British football icon David Beckham.

The full video featured both Prince William and David Beckham, with the football star praising the charity’s life-saving efforts: “As soon as I was asked by Prince William to be involved I was, in all honesty, very honoured… This is something that is close to my heart and has already been a several years like that. I’m an East End boy so every time we saw them in the sky you knew it made us very proud.

The next slide shared striking photos of both Kate Middleton and Prince William to honor the recipients at this month’s Windsor Investitures (a special day when someone who has been honored receives their award from a member of the Royal Family). Kate’s snapshot shows her embracing award winner Liz, who she referred to on Instagram as a “talented young photographer whose creativity and strength has inspired us both. Thank you for sharing your photos and story with us.”

For the ceremony, Prince William wore his royal military uniform, while Kate donned a simple yet chic suit in this season’s hottest color trend: Bordeaux.

One of the final slides featured a moving profile of Prince William (yes, with the beard still intact) giving a speech at The Center Point Awards, a charity event held at the iconic British Museum earlier this month. Here he celebrated the “remarkable achievements of young people who have transformed their lives after becoming homeless.” A cause close to Prince Williams’ heart, he shook hands and presented prizes to the evening’s special honorees.
