Davie Grand Jury Indicts 10 – Davie County Enterprise Record

The following individuals were indicted by the grand jury during the Oct. 28 Davie Superior Court hearing.
– Kevin Ciro Chavez, intentional child abuse resulting in serious bodily injury.
– Dewayne Eric Chunn, possession with intent to sell/deliver methamphetamine, possession with intent to sell/deliver a schedule II controlled substance, trafficking cocaine by possession, manufacturing cocaine.
– Anthony Drew Church, felony cruelty to animals, possession of cocaine.
– Benjamin Scott Cohen, possession of cocaine.
– Kaleb Christopher Evans, fleeing to elude arrest with a vehicle, first-degree kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon, assault by strangulation, theft of financial cards, burglary of a motor vehicle.
– Owen Matthew Lemm, second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, disseminating obscenity to a minor under 16 years of age.
– Scott Anthony Nicholson, 9 counts third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
– Erick Cuanalo Ramirez, who makes private images public.
– Billy Ray Redmond, possession with intent to sell/deliver cocaine, possession with intent to sell/deliver methamphetamine, possession of cocaine.
– Kvonne Smith, felony theft.
– Misty Nicole Smith, possession of a stolen vehicle.
– Kenyana Chanae Tatum, felony burglary, possession of methamphetamine, theft by burglary.
