Harris, Trump is bringing messages from NC to Wisconsin

Vice President Harris and former President Trump campaign in swing states on Wednesday, wrapping up their messages to voters with less than a week until Election Day.

Harris made her case Tuesday night in a speech in Washington, D.C., that drew a crowd of 75,000 people and hit Trump several times, calling him a “little tyrant” and comparing him to “wannabe dictators.”

Trump, who entered the stage addressed supporters at the same time as the vice president in Allentown, Pennsylvania, a predominantly Latino city home to tens of thousands of Puerto Ricans. He ignored the response to comedian Tony Hinchcliffe’s joke during his rally at Madison Square Garden, calling Puerto Rico a “floating island of trash.”

Harris kicked off the campaign day Wednesday with a rally in Raleigh, N.C. Within hours, Trump appeared on stage in Rocky Mount, N.C., about an hour away.

The vice president then flew to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, for an afternoon event.

Both candidates end the day in Wisconsin, with Harris at a rally in Madison and Trump in Green Bay.
