Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne’s daughter is listing their Los Angeles home for $4.4 million

For over six years, Aimée Osbourne has been living in a Los Angeles mansion, which she bought for almost $3.6 million from Oscar-nominated actress Rooney Mara. Now the musician and eldest daughter of Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne has decided to sell the mid-20th century home located atop Los Feliz’s prime Oaks neighborhood. The asking price is just under $4.4 million and the listing is held by Jonah Wilson and Rudy Serrato of Carolwood Estates.

Originally designed by modernist architect Phil Brown and completed in the early 1960s, the premises were occupied for almost three years before Mara was hired by Swedish actor Alexander Skarsgård. Restored and updated over the decades, the impressive residence includes three bedrooms and an equal number of bathrooms in approximately 2,500 square feet of single-level living space with glossy terrazzo floors.

Situated at the end of a quiet, cul-de-sac plot measuring almost a quarter of an acre, the steel and glass structure welcomes you with a long, leaf-lined driveway and gated entry. Once inside, open-concept interiors are showcased through a wide foyer that flows into the living room, which features a double-sided wood-burning fireplace and sliding glass doors opening onto a wraparound balcony with sweeping views of the entire Los Angeles Basin.

An adjoining dining room connects to the kitchen, which has mint green cabinets, a stainless steel island, a breakfast nook and access to a covered outdoor dining area with built-in banquet seating. Other highlights include a study/office and a master suite with a spa-inspired bathtub, complete with double vanity, walk-in closet and shower. Just beyond the bathtub is a deep soaking tub set on a wood-covered deck built around towering trees, and elsewhere on the picturesque grounds is a beautiful multi-level backyard garden with additional views of the Hollywood Sign. There is also a garage for three cars adjacent to the building.

Although she is probably less famous than her younger siblings Kelly and Jack Osbourne, who appeared with their parents on the popular reality show The Osbournes 2002 to 2005 – Aimée, 41, achieved mainstream acting success when she was cast in MTV’s 2003 adaptation of the novel Wuthering Heights. She then provided a voice in the 2014 animated film Postman Pat: The Movieand in 2010, she began recording and releasing music as the vocalist of the synth-pop band ARO.
