Priester pleads not guilty to child pornography and sexual exploitation of a minor

RAPID CITY, SD (KOTA) – The man accused of sexual exploitation of a minor and possession of child pornography pleaded not guilty during his first appearance in federal court Friday morning.

Bryson Priest, 25, is charged with three counts: sexual exploitation of a minor, receipt of child pornography and possession of child pornography. In the indictment, the alleged priest received sexually explicit videos from a minor via the social media app Snapchat between 2021 and 2024.

He was ordered held at the Pennington County Jail.
