Wiltshire chippy praised for the response to the online review

A business owner is being praised for calling out an online reviewer’s inappropriate comment about a female delivery driver.

The review of Robinson’s Traditional Fish & Chips, near Trowbridge, Wiltshire, said: “Really hot food, always great from Robinsons, a hot delivery driver too.”

The store replied: “Thank you for the kind review about the food, we will arrange for a man to deliver your food from now on.”

Owner Philip Robinson said: “It may seem harmless, but we need to put limits on these types of incidents.”
