You can romance all seven party members – if you can select a companion to join you on quests, you can romance that character. You collect seven companions total as you progress through the chapters and there are no restrictions for romantic partners. You can be of whatever gender or origin and romance all companions in the game. The only limitation is that you can only chase A ROMANTIC OPTION – once you reach a certain point with your romantic partner, you shut down all other romantic storylines.

How to unlock romance with your companions

To get romantic is similar to increasing your affinity with allies or other companions. You want your only romantic partner to approve of your actions and you want to do the same. select romantic dialogue while talking to your favorite character. Here’s how it works.

• Select heart dialogue. During conversations, always select the dialogue with a heart icon on the dialogue wheel. When doing this, try to focus only on one companion; you don’t want to accidentally end up in a romance story with a character you don’t want romance with, leaving yourself out.
• Increase your approval rating. To romance a companion, they have to approve of you.
